Было заказано два массажёра. Шли долго, на таможне произошла ошибка, посылка просчиталась дважды, пришлось платить таможенный сбор (который мне так и не вернули). Один из массажеров пришёл нерабочий. Написала продавцу, тот предложил отправить третий взамен нерабочему только после того, как я поставлю ему рейтинг 5 звёзд. Меня такое предложение не устроило, так как это обман, я открыла спор, хотела получить возврат средств за не рабочий массажёр.Так как они оба были в одном заказе, АлиЭкспресс решил, что нужно вернуть оба товара, чтобы получить полный возврат. Нигде не было информации, что для возврата был отведён срок - неделя, и когда пришла отправлять на почту, увидела, что спор закрылся автоматически,потому что я не предоставила в установленный срок (который не был указан) трек номер,а прийти раньше сдать товар у меня не было возможности. Продавец и изначально был не очень общительный, отвечал через раз, а теперь совсем игнорирует мою проблему.Не рекомендую продавца и его товар.
