This anti-snoring device is working for me so far. I have sleep apnea when I'm very tired and my tongue tends to drop backwards and my breathing stops. I usually end up getting choked awake many times in the night. Sometimes I wake up in the morning with a severe headache due to this. Tried it for 2 nights. My wife says I'm no longer snoring! She's happy! Takes some getting use to. Tip.don't insert your tongue too far into the device.it can be very painful and numbing after a while. Hope it will work continuously!
